I haven't found a pump that is worth a darn. I own food trailers and we put these things to use daily. They ALL leak after a very short time. I would give a one star but only if I knew of one that worked. My advise? Get a cheap one and order two. Also get a warranty. You will use it on these.

I used it for 3 hours at camp, I pulled water from creek through a strainer and hooked to pressure washer and it primed up immediately and shut off as soon as pressure built up. Kept up with pressure washer with absolutely no issues.

I HAVE PONDS, so i pump water from the ponds up to a 250 gal. IBC tank next to a garden area. I sit the Wasserman on the ground and for the intake, i added a garden house about 8 or so feet and I start a siphoning process from the IBC tank. Then the outlet is set up to go to a regular Faucet. With just a Marine Hose and regular garden hose nozzle, it will shoot water 15 feet or better. No real need to do that, I just use that set up to water the garden and have done that for well over a year. SO the pump has some serious time on it and still working fine.

Bought one. Ran until it burned out. No operable thermal shutoff. It will run when NO pressure is against the pump, so you need constant pressure to have it shut off when the flow is stopped. So its' "garden" use is only for an end sprayer -- NOT sprinker system. It apparently will get too hot if running constantly over a long period of time and if spigot is turned off, (reducing pressure) pump will continue running a vacuum . Dont want to chance it also burning out, so best to have pump and spigot on timers.
