What a great pump in a smaller form factor. It comes with all the adapters you’ll need, not all pumps come with the right angle fittings, which are great when you’re trying to put it someplace tight like I am. I hooked this up for my freshwater to the refrigerator and the freshwater Spout on my sink and it’s working flawlessly and quiet. It was a nice surprise when I took the cover off to adjust the pressure and I saw you can run new wires if needed to the spades. That is not something I have seen on any other pumps. I have a few pumps for different things on the Houseboat and for the price this is a good deal for what you get.

I use these pumps in my house water system as well as around the farm and this one seems to be of good quality. This is a good price for a solidly built pump that comes with the barbed hose adapters, including the intake strainer., and some teflon tape. You will need to either put on your own connector or wire it into your 12v system. Make sure to include a fuse. I use a 20a fuse.

This pump runs on 12v DC. It comes with bare wire hookups -- you want to use this with a cigarette lighter-style plug, you'll need to wire one on. I have extra alligator clips with wires and so used those. The pump comes with a filter that screws on and various 1/2 inch adaptors. I wanted to use this with a 3/4 garden hose on one side, so I could pump water under pressure with engine additives, through my inboard/outboard boat motor, so I had to visit my hardware store and pick up the adaptors. That said, this is a powerful little pump -- delivered lots of pressure for my task. It will be useful around our rural property, wherever I want to pump water.

My off grid water system pivots around this hardworking 12V pump. I run it off a marine/deep cycle battery that is recharged by solar. This pump has very little draw. It easily pumps all the water I need with plenty of pressure for the shower and sink. Low pressure is not a problem. The pump arrived in a stout box and without damage. The casing of the pump is high quality metal. The only plastic is in the connectors. It is quiet and moves water at 4 GPM with 45 PSI. I really needed that PSI for other components of my system to function well. It is self-priming which is needed for my circumstance as it provides to pressure to pull from a rain barrel and move the water through the pipes. I designed and plumbed my off grid system in a similar manner as my RV. I pulled the installation instructions from the box and, as this is the first pump I have ever installed, was dismayed to see no exploded diagrams. Then I realized that the company had actually gone above and beyond and provided excellent schematics for both a boat and an RV on page 4. I was relieved at the clarity and the detail. Other important things to know - keep it out of the weather and keep from freezing. The unit came with plastic caps to protect the threads, but take your time attaching the plastic fittings to the metal threads to avoid cross threading. It could happen easily as the plastic is much softer than the metal. It has a pre filter. Make sure it is kept clean to prevent early failure of the pump. I used PEX which made the installation even easier. This pump was an excellent purchase. It is priced reasonably especially considering the quality and functionality.
