Der Adapter erfüllt seinen Zweck, den bisher ungenutzten PCIe Port kann ich jetzt für bis zu 4 weitere SATA Platten verwenden, die Geschwindigkeiten entsprechen dem was ich an meinen standardports habe (keine highend Laufwerke, kein highend Board), ich bin somit zufrieden.

I have a SATA card already but was thinking I could use a better one since I'd just grabbed the cheapest thing on the market back then, and I was stretching these cables to the maximum to reach around the side of the card.This kit fixes two problems at once. Since the ports are all on this side of the card, they're closer to my motherboard so I don't have to stretch the cables as much. My other problem was that I simply needed more cables, so I'm happy to get more with this kit.Seems like a decent value, all things considered.

Il controller SATA funziona bene, arriva con il firmware già aggiornato, peccato solo che i driver più aggiornati sono risalenti al 2020.

In der Regel tauscht man im Laufe der Jahre kleinere Festplatten durch größere aus, wenn der Speicherplatz zur Neige geht. Von 200 GB auf 1 TB ist ein Nobrainer. Aber wenn man dann schon nur noch 1 und 2 TB Platten hat, dann fällt es schwer eine Terabyte-Platte außer Dienst zu nehmen, um mehr Platz zu bekommen.Also habe ich anstatt zu tauschen neue Festplatten ergänzt, was sich mit dieser Karte problemlos hat machen lassen.Das hat super geklappt und somit kann ich die Karte auch jedem anderen erweiterungswilligen Kollegen wärmstens empfehlen.
